Chicharon










The couple Gerardo and Jennifer Torres started their Chicharon business in 1986. Jenny has the knowledge in chicharon making for it was her family's business, so the business named after her " JENNIE'S PORK CHICHARON". They started with a capital of Php 3,000.00 and with a 20 kgs of pork skin, purchased from PUREFOODS. As the time goes by, the couples continue to cook and sell their chicharon coupled with " SIPAG, TIYAGA.........AT KWENTA" as the basic principles of JENNIE'S CHICHARON.
The demand for chicharon increased as the years go by,but the problem was lack of available pork skin in the market. Luckily in the year 1996 a presidential decree on trade liberalization allowing pork skin in particular to be imported from other countries. Starting there, Jennie's Pork Chicharon grew, and cooked tons of porkskin. Proper management of the business and the quality and delicious taste of chicharon are their main ingredients to progress. As of now Jennie's Pork Chicharon is the no. 1 chicharon factory in

Sta. Maria, Bulacan with around 90 employees hand and hand to provide one delicious, crunchy and tasty pork chicharon in the market.
